Meet the Founder
Kassia, the founder and lead strategist of Flo Marketing, brings over 2 years of marketing experience and a passion for helping small businesses thrive. She started her career working on social media, content creation, and strategy for a local brand, learning what works (and what doesn’t) in real-world marketing.
In her early twenties, Kassia took the leap from her full-time & part-time job to launch Flo Marketing. She was driven by a vision of offering Kiwi entrepreneurs a no-nonsense, personal approach to marketing — one that cuts through the noise with creative strategies that stick.
Outside of work, Kassia keeps life simple and down-to-earth. When she isn’t crafting campaigns or meeting with clients, you might find her at the gym, out fishing, enjoying the sun, baking something delicious or savouring a good coffee. She brings the same positive energy to her work as she does to her downtime, firmly believing that marketing should be as enjoyable as it is effective.
